- Resolve escalated issues involving workstations, servers, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud services, and business applications
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, wireless networks, DNS, DHCP, and internet connectivity
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Support Windows Server, virtualization, and hybrid environments
- Assist with client onboarding, cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and technical projects
- Use NinjaOne, Autotask, and related tools to monitor systems, manage tickets, and document service delivery
- Communicate clearly with business owners, executives, end users, vendors, and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to improve client security, reliability, and efficiency
- Use scripting, automation, and AI-assisted tools where appropriate
- Participate in an after-hours escalation rotation as needed
- Three or more years of hands-on IT support, systems administration, network administration, or managed services experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365, Windows, servers, networks, firewalls, and Active Directory
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and wireless networking
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience configuring or troubleshooting business-class firewalls and network equipment
- Ability to diagnose issues independently and identify root causes
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional DFW client visits
- Managed Service Provider experience
- Experience with NinjaOne, Autotask, ConnectWise, Kaseya, or comparable RMM and PSA platforms
- Experience with SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, or UniFi
- Experience with Azure, Intune, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 migrations
- PowerShell scripting or automation experience
- Cybersecurity, endpoint protection, MDR, email security, or backup experience
- Relevant Microsoft, CompTIA, CCNA, SonicWall, or Fortinet certifications
